Il Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener é un affilacoltelli abrasivo a tre lati con guida angolata per un'affilatura manuale più rapida, facile e precisa.

Con 3 sistemi di affilatura - grossolano con finitura diamantata (grane J320 e J600 per ripristinare i bordi opachi) e fine (grado di ceramica, affilatura finale). L'angolo di affilatura può essere facilmente regolato da 15° a 30° con incrementi di 1° per affilare ciascun coltello.

Dotato di un morsetto per coltelli rimovibile e di un telaio di messa a fuoco regolabile.
