Specification
A fleece lining turns a softshell into a jacket you also wear in the cold. Vintage Industries Riggs combines it with a 5,000 mm membrane and 3,000 g/m² breathability. The adjustable hood shields from rain, rib-knit cuffs close the sleeves and two zipped side pockets warm your hands.
Waterproofing and breathability
The water column handles the rain that catches you on the way from the car as well as on a full-day hike, and the breathability moves moisture outwards so you do not overheat under the layer. It is the combination you appreciate in transitional weather, when drizzle and sunshine alternate through the day.
Soft lining
The inner face is soft and warms as soon as you put the piece on. It also slides well over other clothing, so getting in and out of it is quick even over a sweatshirt.
