L'astuccio presenta rinforzi laterali in plastica a forma di imbuto per semplificare l'inserimento e una chiusura elastica a sgancio rapido con linguetta ergonomica. Realizzato in CORDURA® e materiale con finitura IRR. Sia i materiali CORDURA® che le fettucce, le chiusure a strappo e le fibbie sono conformi agli elevati standard della Bundeswehr TL 8305-0278 o TL 8305-0281 relativi alla mimetizzazione IRR (IRR 650 - 1250nm / 10 - 42%).
