Il Flare é un pratico coltello a lama dritta in acciaio 8Cr13MoV che facilita il taglio in ambito EDC. É dotato di SOG Assisted Technology™ (SAT) che aziona e blocca l'apertura della lama con la semplice pressione del pollice. Offre agli utenti una maggiore sicurezza grazie a una robusta chiusura a stantuffo della lama e a una clip da tasca ambidestra per il trasporto in tasca.
