Il processo con cui viene creato Ageron è un'innovazione unica sotto forma di cotone filato ad anelli, che si differenzia dal cotone convenzionale in quanto viene continuamente ritorto e reso più sottile, creando una fibra di cotone molto fine. La torsione del cotone crea un filato molto più caratteristico e resistente, ma anche molto più morbido. Ageron è quindi una versione migliorata della classica t-shirt in cotone.
