When you need a more extensive first aid kit with you that you can easily pull out and hand over, go for the larger IFAK pouch. The large MFH MOLLE IFAK attaches to a removable MOLLE carrier plate and, once detached, can also be carried on a shoulder strap. The main compartment opens with a two-way zip, and inside you'll find slip compartments and elastic loops.

On your gear or over the shoulder

The pouch is held on the carrier plate by hook-and-loop and secured by an adjustable safety strap, so you can detach it quickly when needed. A removable adjustable shoulder strap turns it into a stand-alone bag.

Highly visible and organised

A removable red marker on the handle and a "First Aid" patch distinguish it from the rest of your gear. Slip compartments and elastic loops keep medical supplies neatly stored. The pouch is supplied empty.
