Makalu Lite AS is your comfortable and stable trekking companion for mountain adventures! Thanks to the thin tube diameter, the Lite version weighs just 258 g. Like its older sibling, Makalu Lite AS will win you over with its new Aergon Air handle. The latest generation of handles specially adapted for trekking has been optimised once again for comfort and control and refined in every detail. The developed cavity technology allows you to combine lightweight construction with large support surfaces. The handle head is fully rubberised and provides maximum grip and control when descending. The angled design helps optimal pole guidance and contributes significantly to safety in the mountains.

Aergon Air combines lightness and stability. Its ergonomic shape guarantees maximum comfort and the fully rubberised handle head ensures absolute control.

Adjustment system certified by TÜV Süd test institute works with an external clamp that allows simple adjustment changes and offers maximum clamping force.
