Three-person trekking tent with dome geometry in the premium Plus specification – combining a comfortable interior with durability for more demanding hiking conditions. Husky Bizon 3 Plus is a premium version with upgraded specifications, intended for multi-day treks, mountain tours and group outings in tougher conditions.
Construction and geometry
A freestanding double-wall tent with polyamide poles that keep it stable even in wind. Outer flysheet plus an inner tent body – the separate construction allows better air circulation and minimises condensation inside. A roomy vestibule for packs and cooking in bad weather.
Waterproofing and materials
Polyester flysheet with PU coating, waterproof rating of 5,000 mm water column, taped seams. Floor from robust nylon fabric with a waterproof rating of 10,000 mm. The Plus version has more durable materials and a higher 10,000 mm floor rating. Dome geometry gives more central headroom than classic wedge shapes – more comfortable sitting, dressing and sorting gear inside.

Pros and cons of Husky Bizon 3 Plus
✓ Pros: more central headroom (comfortable sitting), more durable Plus-grade materials, high 10,000 mm floor waterproofing, freestanding construction, roomy vestibule, space for a trio or a couple with gear.
✗ Cons: dome geometry is slightly less aerodynamic (less at home in very strong wind), higher price than the Classic version, slightly heavier.
Comparison with related models
Husky Bizon 3 Classic has the same geometry with cheaper materials. Husky Bird 3 Plus has a more aerodynamic geometry – better in wind but less central headroom. Husky Beast 3 is the extreme winter version. Bizon 3 Plus is the best compromise between interior comfort and durability for summer to autumn trips.
