La Essential Kitbag® è stata progettata per contenere tutto l'essenziale per la sopravvivenza nella savana. Questa borsa può contenere una bottiglia d'acqua con una tazza, una stufa pieghevole, una torcia, una bussola, una corda, un kit da cucito, ecc. Tutto l'equipaggiamento è organizzato in modo ordinato in tasche separate. L'Essential può essere indossato attaccato a uno zaino o a una cintura tramite MOLLE/PALS o con la propria tracolla. Sul retro è presente una tasca che può contenere una sega pieghevole/un coltello/un falcetto. La capacità può essere ridotta grazie alla chiusura in velcro.
