The EDC Sling is a compact low-profile backpack for discreet carrying of gear.
A construction resistant to intensive use
It withstands frequent packing, the transport of equipment and contact with the ground. The product is sewn from Cordura® 500D, which increases resistance to abrasion and damage.
The material is covered with a DWR coating, which limits water absorption and makes cleaning easier. YKK® zippers and Woojin® components are used as well, and they work reliably even under heavy load and in changing temperatures.
Helikon-Tex designed the EDC Sling with comfort and quick access to gear in the field in mind, especially in the urban jungle.
The EDC Sling is a tactical backpack that contains a special compartment adapted to carrying a weapon. It was created for users who need to carry gear compactly. Its low-profile construction means it also performs excellently in civilian use.
Compatibility with VIS
Both internal compartments are lined with soft velour, thanks to which you attach inserts from the VIS system and adapt the organisation of the interior to your own needs.
A compartment for discreet carrying of a weapon
It sits on the back side and has a hypalon pull, which lets you open it with one smooth movement.
Three functional external pockets
Two pockets at the front, one closed with a buckle and the other with a zipper, and a third sewn into the strap at chest level. They make quick access to small gear easier.
The construction of the backpack gives comfort in wear.
The shaped strap and the ventilated back improve ergonomics and give comfort during activity on the move and during long use.
