Il coltello a una mano Gerber Flatiron G10 combina design e funzionalità: la forma della cosiddetta lama a mannaia è integrata nel coltello pieghevole con un manico in G-10, realizzato in modo intelligente per creare un coltello per tutte le attività quotidiane, o come lo chiama Gerber: il coltello EDC (everyday carry). La lama in acciaio inossidabile 7Cr17MoV si apre all'apertura della lama e si blocca con un frame lock, mentre il manico è in robusta plastica G-10 rinforzata con fibra di vetro. Una clip da tasca consente di agganciarlo all'attrezzatura.
