Il coltello di sopravvivenza Kotu Tanto ha una lama fissa e un fodero che si attacca facilmente al corpo o all'attrezzatura, consentendo un accesso rapido. La costruzione tattica e leggera del Kotu rende la lama resistente e interamente in metallo utile per le spedizioni di caccia e pesca. La lama in stile tanto, rivestita in titanio, ha un bordo sia dritto che seghettato per tagliare quasi tutte le trame. La lama in acciaio inossidabile 420 è dotata di un robusto frangivetro su un'estremità, che lo rende il coltello ideale per la sopravvivenza.
