Il coltello Air Lite pesa solo 90 g. La lama spessa 3 mm è realizzata in acciaio AUS 10A. Questo acciaio inossidabile martensitico ha ottime proprietà di resistenza e viene utilizzato principalmente come materiale per utensili da taglio. Rispetto all'AUS 8A, mantiene meglio il filo ed è più resistente all'abrasione. L'acciaio è stato poi trattato termicamente per ottenere il perfetto equilibrio tra mantenimento del filo e facilità di riaffilatura. Il manico del coltello è realizzato in G-10, un materiale in fibra di vetro. La superficie dell'impugnatura ha una consistenza ruvida e non è scivolosa nemmeno con le mani sudate o bagnate. La serratura Tri-Ad è una delle più resistenti serrature per coltelli prodotte in serie al mondo.
