Tactical clothing has its history mainly in the army and we cannot imagine any soldier or member of an armed force without it. Today it is not only the privilege of soldiers, but has become a fashion hit for many people. Tactical clothing is increasingly becoming a common part of the wardrobe of many enthusiasts of the army style, outdoor activities, or lovers of tactical games and hiking.
Why tactical clothing?
Soldiers and other armed forces wear tactical clothing because they have to, it is simply irreplaceable for them. It serves them primarily to camouflage themselves in nature and to blend in perfectly with the terrain. We must not forget the parts of clothing that are meant to protect them from injuries and body damage. Typical examples are tactical gloves, vests, or tactical glasses. They are always an inseparable part of the equipment.
Users of tactical clothing also include members of various airsoft teams, or military enthusiasts who imitate the activity of real units. Hunters and wildlife photographers are also increasingly using tactical clothing, as they want to blend in perfectly with nature and not scare off shy wildlife.
Tactical clothing is irreplaceable for people who work in the forest, such as arborists, tree climbers, or height workers. The material from which the clothing is made is of high quality and designed for such difficult conditions as well. Rip-Stop fabric is made using a special technique and has high tear strength. It is used not only for tactical clothing, but also for parachutes, balloons, backpacks and tents.
We also cannot leave out civilians, who have become accustomed to using tactical clothing as part of their everyday attire and as an expression of their attitude, or simply because they like the camouflage pattern. Tactical T-shirts
Tactical T-shirts are among the popular parts of tactical clothing. They are used not only by the army as a base layer during various activities, but are also popular among all fans of nature and the army style. They are also great for everyday wear, hiking, airsoft, hunting, or outdoor activities. They are made of various materials, from pure cotton, through polyester, or a combination of both. The offer includes short-sleeved tactical T-shirts, but also long-sleeved T-shirts.
Great options are the so-called Combat T-shirts with a long-sleeved design. This is a combination of a cotton undershirt and a blouse with sturdy sleeves. They are great to wear under a tactical vest, when it is uncomfortable to wear a blouse. The cotton middle absorbs sweat better, while the material on the sleeves does not need to be functional in that way, but rather is more durable and reliable due to the way it is worn.
Some tactical T-shirts have a classic standing collar, which you can unbutton for comfort or fasten up to the neck to provide protection against wind or sand. They also have well-positioned pockets on the sleeves, which allows better access to them in case you are wearing a tactical vest.
Versatile tactical pants
Tactical pants are, unlike ordinary pants, made from a sturdy combination of cotton and polyester, or spandex in various ratios. This makes the pants breathable and gives them a certain strength. That is why they belong among tactical clothing, which many people also use for everyday wear. In case you catch on a sharp object and damage the pants, tactical pants have a developed Rip-Stop treatment, which prevents the spread of a tear.
We are far from done with the advantages, tactical pants have durable zippers, more thorough triple stitching in the most stressed areas, sturdy rivets and buckles, which guarantee a longer lifespan. Reinforced knees and seat area are not missing either. Thanks to their military focus, the pants have many pockets, which you will appreciate during everyday wear. You can hide keys, a smartphone, a flashlight, a knife or other defensive tools in them.
You can choose tactical pants not only in camouflage designs, such as pentacamo or woodland, but also in various common colors, such as black, green, olive, khaki and others. Tactical pants are cut to be adapted for everyday civilian wear in the city or at work, or for hiking. Many have fastening solved with Velcro for better adjustment and customization for each person.
Tactical vests
An important part of equipment includes tactical vests. These were primarily intended for soldiers, who needed to have at hand, besides a weapon, many other items ranging from ammunition, through a radio, to a compass. Tactical vests do not contain any ballistic protection and in the army they are used for lighter, reconnaissance operations. They are equipped only with various pockets or pouches.
Tactical vests have also become important equipment for security services, anglers and hunters, who carry their most important equipment directly in front of them. They fasten quickly and you can easily take them off and put them on. They are versatile and suitable for all-purpose use. Many tactical vests are equipped with the MOLLE system, which forms the frame onto which, thanks to special straps, pockets, pouches and other equipment can be arranged and added. They are made of synthetic materials, for example polyester, and are characterized by strength and durability.
Tactical gloves
Tactical gloves of course serve to protect the hands of soldiers, police officers and other armed forces, or during various tactical exercises and games, such as airsoft or paintball. They can also be used in sports such as cycling or motorsport. Tactical gloves protect hands against unfavorable external influences such as cold or cold wind and against injuries.
They come in various color designs (including camouflage) and can conceal the wearer in the terrain. They are made from a quality and lightweight material. Their properties include flame resistance, waterproofness and they have good thermal insulation properties. They are excellently anatomically shaped and you can also work while wearing them. Some of them can even be machine washed.
Tactical belts
Tactical belts are a great fashion accessory for army enthusiasts, but also for everyday wear at work or in nature. They are made from various materials and you can choose tactical belts with a metal buckle or a plastic one.
We would also like to draw your attention to the tactical belt woven from paracord (e.g. Mil-tec paracord belt 4cm, black), thanks to which, after unraveling, you get several dozen meters of paracord rope. Tactical caps
When choosing tactical clothing, you should not forget about small areas of the body that are critical to temperature changes, and besides tactical gloves, we also mean headwear. Tactical caps provide excellent protection from the sun. You can use them for everyday wear, but also in the forest during tactical games and various military exercises.
Tactical caps are made of Ripstop fabric, which has high strength. They can be adjusted in size using an adjustable strap on the back. They have a Velcro area for attaching an ID patch.
