I quite often use it while riding a quad bike, where I am maximally satisfied with it, but that is already a bit off topic. I wore it, and still wear it, as a regular civilian shirt too, whether currently under a jacket, or under a fleece jacket, especially now during the autumn days. I also had the opportunity to try it out during training at work, during training at the shooting range, where it really proved itself. It is made of a light and pleasant material, has a great design, and what is most important, it is very comfortable.

Something about the Pentagon brand.
The manufacturer and producer of tactical clothing and accessories is the Greek manufacturer Pentagon, which has been operating on the German market since 1991. Since 1991, it started on the German market as a very small dealer in military clothing, both new and secondhand. After 1993, a new wave of customers and their requirements came. There were also demands for technologically advanced fabrics, materials, and finishes of new styles. Thus, a new series of products called "Tactical" was born. Interestingly, the company name "Pentagon" comes from the Greek word "pentagonos", which literally means pentagon. In a broader sense, however, it is a symbolism – the five angles suggest a set of stars that keep a person in a balanced form – one head and four limbs. It also symbolizes the five senses that every person possesses (sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste).
It proved itself both in summer and in autumn.
The Pentagon Ranger tactical undershirt is made of quality and proven materials – 65% polyester, 35% cotton with a Ripstop finish, specifically 215g/m2, and an interesting part of the torso is made of stretch elastic fabric. What I think is cleverly solved are the shoulder and elbow reinforcements, which are made of a durable material, and the elbows have doubled fabric, so the fabric on the elbows does not get damaged when quickly lying down or leaning on it. The remaining part from the torso downward is made of elastic, pleasant, and breathable material.
The cotton center panel absorbs sweat better and, last but not least, is very pleasant to wear, which allows for full flexibility and full concentration on the action. I was not bothered at all by the feeling of a sweaty T-shirt or blouse. This center panel proved itself very well to me while wearing a tactical vest with ballistic plates, or without them. As I mentioned, the material is very breathable and light, so under a tactical vest a person feels much more comfortable even for several hours than with a classic T-shirt or blouse.
On both shoulders there are Velcro panels measuring 11.5 x 6.5 cm designed for marking unit or squad affiliation, blood type, or a simple patch. Also on each sleeve we find zippered pockets from the brand YKK, which open and close from the front side. The ends of the sleeves are finished with Velcro, which can be quickly adjusted to the desired circumference, easily even with one hand, and the Velcro nicely holds its circumference even during exertion and more demanding tasks.
As for ventilation, the material under the armpits is mesh, allowing for the greatest possible heat dissipation, and as I mentioned above, the material on the chest is also made of breathable material. Fastening from the chest to the neck is done with the already mentioned YKK zipper, which has two pull cords on the loop for faster fastening and easier handling, whether in classic or tactical gloves, there is no problem grabbing it with your fingers right away when you want to loosen the zipper.
I thought a lot about what size to order, I usually wear long-sleeve shirts in size XL, but I ordered size L. My recommendation is that you rather measure yourself and check the size according to the attached size charts of the given product.
In conclusion
I rate the tactical undershirt very positively, I had the opportunity to try it out under load with a tactical vest and without it, which was quite an important factor for me. A big advantage is the combination of a cotton shirt with sturdy sleeves. There is no need to wear an uncomfortable blouse and a tactical vest with pouches over it. For me, this combination of a simple "combat" shirt with a tactical vest is an ideal choice in terms of functionality and comfort. Based on the above, I warmly recommend this model. You will certainly not regret having it at home after purchasing it and will be extremely satisfied.
